Palmichi provides specialized consulting services in agro-industrial logistics, international supply chain auditing, raw material storage cost control, and advisory on commodity futures contracts. The scope of each service is defined in the commercial proposal signed by both parties.
The client agrees to provide truthful, complete, and timely information regarding their operations, processes, and financial data necessary for the execution of the service. Any delay or omission in the delivery of information may affect the agreed timelines and results.
Palmichi does not guarantee specific financial results or the total elimination of operational or market risks. The analyses, reports, and recommendations are based on data available at the time of the consultancy and do not constitute binding legal, accounting, or financial advice. The client assumes final responsibility for decisions made based on said reports.
All delivered material, including reports, methodologies, templates, and working documents, is the property of Palmichi. The client may not reproduce, distribute, or commercialize said materials without prior written authorization.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of the information exchanged during the provision of the service, unless its disclosure is required by law or competent authority.
These terms govern from the acceptance of the service and remain in effect until the contract ends. Either party may terminate the service by providing written notice at least 15 days in advance, without prejudice to obligations already incurred.
Palmichi reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be notified through the website or by email and will take effect 30 days after their publication.
